Hydrophobia Release Date Announced,to be part of Microsofts “Games Feast”

Dark Energy Digital has given up the date for when players can get soaked in their fear of the water.  Well when it is you ask?  Hit the jump to find out.

On Sept. 29 for the low price of 1200 Microsoft Points gamers can take Hydrophobia for a spin.  We here at the Farm have been excited about this game every since we first heard about it.  There is so much going on with this game that I will have to direct you to SFG’s interview with the folks behind the magic of Hydrophobia to fully appreciate what it is the people have done and where they are headed.

Hydrophobia TM release date confirmed as part of ‘The Game Feast presented by Microsoft Game Studios’

Dark Energy Digital is delighted to announce the release details of the multi-award winning Hydrophobia on Xbox LIVE® Arcade for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft.

Hydrophobia will be the first title in Microsoft Game Studios’ promotion: The Game Feast. The game will kick-off the promotion on Xbox LIVE on the 29 th September 2010. The game will be priced at 1200 points The Game Feast presented by Microsoft Game Studios will feature Hydrophobia as the first of four ground breaking titles. Says Peter Jones, creative director of Dark Energy: “Hydrophobia is one of the most anticipated Xbox LIVE Arcade titles of 2010, and as a part of The Game Feast, will make a very big splash indeed. Hydrophobia contains some of the most cutting edge technology and some of the most innovative and fun gameplay of any retail or Xbox LIVE Arcade game. It is a 7 hour tsunami of action. I am very proud that Hydrophobia is a part of The Game Feast. I believe it will take Xbox LIVE Arcade to new heights.“
