Who is up to a movie based on the 1980 Atari 2600 game Missile Command? Well, the Farmhands aren’t, but it looks like Atari might be. According to the LA Times, this looks like something that may get the green light.
Please excuse us as we look dismayed. How is such a thing even possible? I don’t even remember Missile Command having a dialog, much less a story. What do you think our dear readers? Would you pay your hard earned greenbacks to see this? Let us know in the comment section.

had no intrest in gi joe like you said treating out childhood like alterboys. both the nine movies were good nine and district nine. like i said it is really hard for me to go to the movies when they put out that crap why spend 40 bucks for the fam and food and such even for a matinee when i can watch it on blu ray a few months later on my 60 ” hd tv and surround sound at home for the price of my netflix membership
Have you seen the HangOver? Startrek was my number one movie for last year, but quickly became number two after watching the Directors Cut of Hangover. Moving Terminator Salvation to number 3.
Lets not even talk about the raping of our childhoods by the abomination that is GI Joe. I still get a little teary eyed about that fiasco.
the whole movie industry as a whole is just horrible these days. I used to love going to them but there really hasn’t been anything out there since star trek that said i just couldn’t wait till it hits blu-ray.
